HELLO!

I'm Jen

I'm passionate about helping people make transformative shifts in their lives

Do you ever find yourself looking at your life and thinking, 'This is fine, this is good, so why do I feel this quiet ache?' On paper, you might have built a life that looks like success – you've been responsible, you've 'gotten on with it,' and you've dedicated years to others. Yet, beneath the surface, there's this persistent sense of disconnect. You feel a growing restlessness, a feeling that you're managing your life rather than truly living it, and maybe even like a stranger in your own story.

Perhaps you're wrestling with the thought, 'Is this all there is?' or quietly wondering if you've lost touch with the vibrant, creative woman you used to be. The constant 'busy-ness' leaves you exhausted, and the idea of figuring out what's wrong, let alone making a change, feels overwhelming. You might even feel guilty for wanting more, when you 'should' be happy. It's a heavy, confusing space to be in, isn't it? A feeling that something needs to shift, even if you can't quite put your finger on what or how.

If any of this is speaking to you, I want you to know this: you are absolutely not alone in feeling this way. That quiet ache you're experiencing? It's not a sign you're broken, or that something's fundamentally wrong with you. In fact, it's often the first hint of your truest self, gently calling you back home.

And while it might feel heavy right now, I promise you, there is another way forward. One that doesn't require blowing up your whole life or trying to 'fix' yourself. You don't need to become someone new; you just need to remember and reclaim the vibrant, creative woman you already are, one gentle, honest step at a time. Here, you can breathe. Here, that longing is understood, and a path to coming home to yourself is truly possible.

My journey...

I've been there too

I'm Jen Radcliffe, and if any of what you've just read resonated, it’s because I’ve been there too. For over two decades, I immersed myself in a demanding public sector career, much of which was leading complex change and transformation. I loved the challenge, the learning, and the incredible people I worked with. But, like many women, I gradually found myself losing touch with the vibrant, creative woman I knew I was – my identity becoming almost entirely defined by my role.

That quiet sense of something “not quite right”, the growing restlessness, the feeling of falling into my life rather than always actively choosing it, were all familiar companions. My own journey through rediscovering my inner compass, my creativity, and the courage it took to listen to that internal voice, is exactly why I'm so deeply passionate about this work today. I understand what it feels like to stand at a crossroads, to be constantly seeking something more honest and meaningful, and to choose yourself even when it feels scary.

Now, I'm here to be the guide I genuinely wish I'd had while I was on that journey to rediscovering myself. My experience isn't just professional; it's deeply personal. I'm here to help you gently uncover what's truly calling you, trust your intuition, and build a life that feels authentic and deeply your own, without having to blow everything up to do it. You don't have to figure this out alone.

Imagine a space

Imagine a space where that quiet knowing – the sense that something is not quite right - isn't just heard but is also understood as a meaningful signal.

A space where you're not trying to become someone new, but instead you’re gently, and with empathy, uncovering the vibrant, authentic woman you already are beneath all the layers of expectation and responsibility. This isn't about quick fixes or a radical overhaul; it's about a return to your own inner compass.

In our work together, you'll discover a compassionate partnership that respects your own creativity, resourcefulness, and pace. We'll explore the beliefs, assumptions, and stories that have shaped your path, not to dismantle them, but to understand them and consciously choose what serves you now. It's a journey of deep reflection, gentle challenge, and honest self-discovery – empowering you to trust your intuition, make aligned decisions, and design a life that truly feels like your own. You'll gain clarity not by pushing harder, but by coming home to yourself.

This is a grounded and human approach, built on the belief that you are creative, resourceful, and whole. You have all the answers within you, and my role is simply to help you unlock them, step by gentle step. This is where you can breathe, explore, and confidently reclaim your direction.

I've created a free 'Inner Compass' guide designed to help you pause, take a breath, and begin reconnecting with yourself and what truly matters most to you. It’s a beautiful way to start exploring what might be sitting in the back of your mind but which you don’t yet have clarity on.

What other clients are saying...

I really value the way you create a calm, structured space where I can think clearly... You bring a balance of stretch and support that really works for me.

I feel your humanness throughout and this makes space for my own... there doesn't seem to be a way judgement from you could arise... It feels like you have a genuine belief in me and a wish for me to find my way that comes through in your questions and reflections.

(I value) your focus on the client... you give such focus and attention when I am talking and this shows because you always ask great questions...which helps me to be open and feel psychologically safe and let my best ideas come.

More about me...

I love creating abstract art and I'm learning to embrace the joy of doing it, rather than actively trying to be good at it!

I have a wonderful family who I'm really close to. I feel privileged for the support we give each other and the time we spend together. And I'm so proud of my two nieces who are already incredible young women.

I have a bit of an obsession with really good sushi. It's my go-to meal for birthdays/celebrations.

I still consider Buffy, the Vampire Slayer to be the best TV show ever made (closely followed by Schitt's Creek and The Good Place). Highly recommend watching all of them if you haven't yet seen them (or do a rewatch!).
