For years, I built a career that I was proud of, working in leadership roles that required resilience, empathy, and adaptability. I spent nearly two decades supporting individuals and organisations through change and transformation, and, during that time, I saw the positive impact of coaching first-hand, both as a coach and a client.
I believe that transformative coaching - focusing on the whole person and how we relate to ourselves and the world around us - has the power to create fundamental shifts in our lives. Personally, coaching has helped me reflect on my inner beliefs and sense of self, so that I can show up with greater confidence and authenticity. It gave me the confidence to step away from a well-respected career to create my own business from the ground up.
I bring curiosity, purposeful exploration, and a focus on outcomes to every coaching conversation. As a coach-in-training with Animas (accredited by the ICF, EMCC, and AC), I work in partnership with you to explore your goals, help you move past current challenges, and be clearer about the direction you want your life to take.

Amid the doing, achieving, caring, and (quite honestly) overthinking, a question emerged that I couldn't keep ignoring: "Where did I go?"
It wasn't one specific moment but, instead, the gradual layering of responsibilities, life transitions, grief and loss, and shifting priorities. Bit by bit, I had lost sight of my identity, creativity, and joy. And when I finally paused long enough to listen to my inner voice, I realised that my inner compass had gone quiet.
Coming back to myself hasn't been a reinvention, but more of a 'remembering' of who I am. I've peeled back layers of assumed identities, reconnected with long-lost creative parts of myself, and listened to my intuition with curiosity instead of judgment. When I really reflected on what lights me up and what helps me to clearly see the value and impact I can have, I realised that the common thread is coaching.
Supporting others to make positive shifts in their lives is my purpose because I have seen first-hand how powerful coaching is for helping people to define their own path and shift to where they want to be.
I support people who are committed to achieving their goals, and to making a positive shift in their life - whether in their sense of identity, their career, relationships, or something else - but aren't sure how to start.
I also feel drawn to support women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond. who've lost sight of themselves through the demands of life - the years spent prioritising others, caregiving, or giving all of themselves to their roles - and who are now wondering who they are beneath it all. I help them reconnect with who they are, rediscover their inner compass and purpose, and design a life that truly feels like their own.

I really value the way you create a calm, structured space where I can think clearly... You bring a balance of stretch and support that really works for me.
I feel your humanness throughout and this makes space for my own... there doesn't seem to be a way judgement from you could arise... It feels like you have a genuine belief in me and a wish for me to find my way that comes through in your questions and reflections.
(I value) your focus on the client... you give such focus and attention when I am talking and this shows because you always ask great questions...which helps me to be open and feel psychologically safe and let my best ideas come.

Life can get so full that we sometimes lose touch with who we truly are. This reflection guide is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
